Takes forever to pay the ticket ! Zero stars!
Afrer that outage was fixed and the basic functions restored, the app is back to being super helpful. Although sometimes the departure times shown in the early mornings (around 5:30am) are very unreliable.
Route-Berechnung funktioniert nicht, Tickets kaufen geht.
Super, bis es sich aufhängt während ich es eilig habe und im Regen stehe. Konkret: 1 von 10 mal findest es offenbar die Infos nicht, die es für ein Suchergebnis braucht. Ich tippe einen eindeutig bekannten Straßennamen ein und es kommt ein leeres Feld, das sich trotz neu laden etc nicht behebt. Das passiert trotz normalen Zugang ins Internet über alle sonstigen Apps.
Normally it works quite well it shows you the scheduled time though and not actuas ones also for "N-Rufbusse" (where you have to call 15 minutes in advance so they know when to be where) no special indicators can be found. It stops working at the most random and often crucial times I've restarted my phone, opened and closed the app and tab multiple times even tried the easiest routes and different times but it just won't work. as a girl at night that's scary. just glad i guessed where to go
Too many bugs

Bedienung ist sehr umständlich, Favoriten hinzufügen/entfernen ist überhaupt nicht intuitiv oder einfach zu finden. und Favoriten können auch nicht direkt zur Navigation verwendet werden
Once you store a credit card it can't be changed. Who designed this idiocy? My card expired and now I cannot change the stored card with new one. No matter what I do, logoff, uninstall, nothing...The card just cant be changed. Idiot designer.
2020 - 2022 unbrauchbar, umständlich! jedes Flugticket kann man schneller kaufen als einen Einzelfahrschein... Neuer Versuch 2021: Die App ist immer noch so umständlich. Die App findet keine Streckenverbindung obwohl es eine gibt. Ich bin dann wieder auf Quando im Webbrowser ausgewichen, das funktioniert wenigstens. 2022 Quando gibt es nicht mehr also verwende ich gleich die ÖBB Scotty App auch für die Wiener Linien.
